Delivery information

What are the delivery options?

Palmarya uses Amana for their standard deliveries, packages are usually dispatched between 1 and 5 days from the day you receive your order confirmation email, depending on the region and not including public holidays and weekends. Delivery is provided internally or by our service provider.

What is the delivery cost?

For all orders of 500 dhs and more, delivery will be free. For all other orders below 500 dhs, the delivery charge will be 30 dhs.

Can you deliver to an address different from mine?

Yes, we can deliver your order to a different address. When you are in the process of confirming your order, you will be prompted to enter and select the billing and shipping address.

What if my package does not 'does not arrive ?

What should I do if I have missed delivery of my order?
